Please be sure to include both your first and last name, the city and state in which you live, your phone number, AND IN THE DETAILS SECTION please tell us about the exact model you have that needs repair, adjustment, or restoration. We'll need to know the scale of the model (HO, S, O, etc.), the importer, the importer's stock number (if it has one), the model's actual builder if known (Ajin, BOO-RIM, Samhongsa, Tenshodo, United, etc.), railroad prototype, and so forth. Please also describe the current condition of your model, any problems you feel need to be addressed, whether or not the model is painted, whether or not it has DCC installed already, and if it currently operates on track. Providing this information up front will help us to answer your query MUCH sooner and more completely.
