Refund policy
All items being sold are described and photographed to the best of our ability.
Any merchandise described listed or shown as a "SALE" item, described listed or shown as a "AS-IS", or described listed or shown as a "FIXER-UPPER" model or accessory is SOLD AS-IS NO RETURNS NO REFUNDS. There are no exceptions to this policy.
For all other regularly priced merchandise, our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee applies and lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. You must call us to receive return authorization prior to returning merchandise to us. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition as when we shipped it to you. It must not be damaged. It must also be in the original packaging and repacked as well as it was to begin with. Please insure the package for the full purchase price and add signature tracking service to protect us both.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. As long as the item is undamaged your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five days.

You will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs of your item. The order's initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
